Can the ratio of work to energy and force have a fixed value?

Universe created with an explosion.
ie, work directly propotional to energy.
after the explosion of a universe get gravitised.
ie, work directly propotional to force.

there fore equation would be work=constant*energy*force
Can there be a fixed value for this constant
if yes what is it?
if no,why not?
