Fixing Quick Forum Jump: Update for Astronomy & Astrophysics Forums

The astrophysics forum no longer exists,so that returns a 404 error.
And there's no stargazing forum in the quick forum jump.
Also the General astronomy should be renamed to Astronomy and Astrophysics..
