SUMMARY

The discussion centers on the composition of cherry-scented fog-making fluid used in fog machines, specifically highlighting two types: water-based and oil-based. The oil-based fog fluid, which contains paraffin, is noted for its longer-lasting effects compared to its water-based counterpart. Users express curiosity about the vaporization process of the oil in fog machines, confirming that the oil does indeed vaporize to create fog.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of fog machine operation
  • Knowledge of fog fluid types: water-based and oil-based
  • Familiarity with paraffin as a chemical compound
  • Basic principles of vaporization
NEXT STEPS
  • Research the differences between water-based and oil-based fog fluids
  • Explore the chemical properties of paraffin and its applications
  • Learn about the mechanics of fog machine vaporization
  • Investigate safety considerations when using fog fluids
USEFUL FOR

Event planners, special effects technicians, and anyone involved in the production of fog effects for entertainment or theatrical purposes.

"Comes with special cherry-scented 'fog-making fluid.'"

Actually there's 2 types, water-based and oil-based. The oil base contains paraffin is more widely used because it lasts longer.

It vaporizes the oil?
