Forum downtime Thursday at 10pm CST for database optimizations

We need to do a few minor upgrades and perform some database optimizations. Due to the optimizations, PF forum may be down up to 30min. Expect the work to begin around 10pm CST Thursday night. Insights will remain open.

In addition to the downtime tomorrow night, tomorrow morning around 5CST we will experience 15-20min downtime due to some server updates.
