SUMMARY

The discussion centers on the speculative idea that gravity may be linked to the attraction of neutrons. However, it is firmly established that gravity is explained by Einstein's General Relativity, which does not support this theory. The conversation highlights that hydrogen, which lacks neutrons, is still influenced by gravity, further emphasizing the disconnect between neutrons and gravitational force. Posts that deviated into personal theories were removed, indicating a focus on established scientific principles.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of General Relativity
  • Basic knowledge of atomic structure, specifically neutrons and hydrogen
  • Familiarity with gravitational theory
  • Awareness of scientific discussion protocols in forums
NEXT STEPS
  • Research the principles of General Relativity and its implications on gravity
  • Study atomic structure, focusing on the role of neutrons and protons
  • Explore the effects of gravity on different elements, particularly hydrogen
  • Review guidelines for participating in scientific discussions and forums
USEFUL FOR

Physicists, students of theoretical physics, and anyone interested in the fundamental forces of nature and their interactions.

TL;DR
Could the mysterious force of gravity be the force of neutrons being attracted to each other? (There is nothing to suggest this it was a random thought that occurred to me this morning.)

Gravity is explained by the theory of General Relativity. That's a good place to start.

Hydrogen is affected by gravity. It has no neutrons.
