How did you find PF?
I found PF after looking for a top-tier physics forum, and I've been lurking for a long time.
Hey everyone,
I'm CosmosSphere, a high school student from China who's been obsessed with physics and cosmology for years. I've always been frustrated by how physics is often reduced to just formulas and exams, so I spend all my free time digging into the big, fundamental questions that most people forget to ask.

I found PF after talking with Doubao, an AI assistant back home. I kept venting to it that domestic Chinese platforms just couldn't cut it for real physics discussions: too much homework spam, too many echo chambers, no one actually challenging the status quo or asking "why". So I set out to find the best, most rational physics forum in the world.

I'll be honest, I was nervous at first. I didn't know if my self-taught, beginner thought experiments could stand out in a top-tier forum like this. I've been lurking for months, and what I saw changed my mind: PF isn't just for professors and PhDs. It's for anyone who loves to think, to question, to dig into the essence of things. A lot of people here aren't formally trained either—we're just people who refuse to take "the obvious answer" for granted.

I'm here to share my ideas, learn from everyone, and bring that same logical scalpel I use in physics to other areas—politics, society, you name it. No bias, no agenda, just cutting through the BS to get to the truth.
