To improve prealgebra skills, several online resources are recommended, including Khan Academy for a range of math topics and Desmos for graphing. A specific website, Math Only Math, has been highlighted as a useful tool for practice. Additionally, an Indian site offers free e-books and course materials for secondary mathematics. The importance of consistent practice is emphasized, with a suggestion to dedicate one hour daily to study. Finding the right time to practice is crucial for effective learning and preparation for tests.

Are there any good websites or tutorials in PDF format out there that helps to improve mathematics from basics ?

Mathematics news on Phys.org
There are a lot of online tutoring sites and which ones you may be interested in are are likely to be the ones concerning mathematics you want to study.
https://khanacademy.org is one for elementary topics up to college/university topics.. https://desmos.com has a good online graphing calculator.

Sorry for the late reply Greg ,
I have been searching for a good Pre algebra book for the past 1 month
I tried a lot of books but there is not a single book i can still recommend .

But this website here is a good one ,

https://www.math-only-math.com/

I have been practicing from it from yesterday .

This one is another website with a free e-book .It is an Indian website

https://nios.ac.in/online-course-material/secondary-courses/Mathematics-(211)-Syllabus.aspx

I am also trying to learn some basic quantitative aptitude questions so that i can prepare for few tests .

I just need to find the right time to practice all these
If i spent 1 hour daily , i might be able to study all these for the tests .Thanks

Here is a little puzzle from the book 100 Geometric Games by Pierre Berloquin. The side of a small square is one meter long and the side of a larger square one and a half meters long. One vertex of the large square is at the center of the small square. The side of the large square cuts two sides of the small square into one- third parts and two-thirds parts. What is the area where the squares overlap?
