How does quantum field theory explain mass warping spacetime?

How do u use quantum field theory to explain why mass warped spacetime? Is it something like spacetime is like a field and mass can only interact with it. The presence of mass excites the field (spacetime) producing graviton which distort spacetime. Is it something like that? If not can some1 explains it to me briefly?

How do u use quantum field theory to explain why mass warped spacetime?

To my knowledge, you can't. General Relativity doesn't even explain why mass warps spacetime. It only tells us that it does and explains how it works.
