How to keep stable temperature inside an iron container of mm thin

Can some one give me ideas that how can we do above question.

Without any kind of insulation? I would think it would be extremely difficult due to heat loss. It would also depend on the thermal mass of whatever is inside the container, and whether you're measuring air temperature or the temperature of some object inside the container.
