Clever idea behind this.
Its basically a still.
Only a small amount of water is heated at once, yielding 88% efficiency sunlight to evaporated water.

Always a new idea. Simple too.
They mention salt water evaporation.
Will they do tests for mineralized water, and water with other impurities ( biological ).
How long does the carbon wick continue to function under those conditions I wonder.

If the wick does be let dry out, with solidified impurities within, I would expect performance to drop in a subsequent trial.
