Now then, Is it posibble to make a plasma thrower? It would work like this. A vacuum is set in a chamber and plasma is produced inside while contained by a magnetic field. Then at the push of a button one end of the chamber loses its field and powerful magnets are put close up to the other end of the chamber allowing the plasma to exit the other end creating a plasma thrower. Will it work?

Highly unlikely. Charge particles in air are quickly stopped.

Sometimes, when it gets close to grounded metal, my finger becomes a plasma thrower.

The sun does it - but not in air... and the magnetic fields are fairly strong...
