Maybe A second look at the second law by Granville Sewell. Although logical results, the articel was rejected but possibly exists on internet. He is id proponent but is it a reason to reject what is logicall?
Nice quote is that of Volkenstein in his booklet Crossroads of Science where he writes that according to the common strang argument he would be happy writer because the more nonsense he would write elsewhere, the better book could be accomplished here.
