is 'matter' mind-dependent?

I see many philosophers talking that, there is some science on this ?

Well, there is a theory where something only "is" when someone knows about or looks at it. So in some way it is but there isn't much developing on this theory as of now. If you want to learn more about this, I recommend that you watch the video "The Fabric of the Cosmos" based on Brian Greene's book.
