AI Thread Summary
A user seeks a paint-on paper material for irregular plastic surfaces to simplify coloring and reduce sanding time. Suggestions include exploring liquid paper-like solutions that harden and mimic paper properties. The discussion also recommends researching paints with high adhesion and higher solid content percentages for better results. These options aim to enhance the application process on uneven surfaces. Finding the right product could significantly streamline the finishing process for plastic parts.

I have some plastic parts, and I'm wondering if there is some sort of a liquid paper like solution that I can paint onto a surface that would later harden and have similar properties to that of paper. This would allow me to color my parts since the surface is irregular and would save me hours of sanding.

Maybe you want to look for paints with higher solid content %?
