James Webb Telescope capability ?

Our Universe is 13.5 Billion Years old approximately. Till now Hubble telescope has discovered galaxy at 13.2 billion light-years ago. Is it possible for James Webb Telescope to discover object or galaxy prior to 13.5 Billion Years old?

It is not possible for any telescope to see earlier than about 300,000 years after the universe began. Prior to this the universe was opaque to light. See here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Observable_universe
