Hello, I am a retired software engineer with a background in nuclear power and medical devices, and with Electrical Engineering degrees, specializing in control systems. When my son became a helicopter pilot, I got interested in aviation safety. I like to explore the opportunity of automating as much safety and control of aircraft as practical. I also believe that STOL aircraft have a more promising future than VTOLs for regional and urban transportation.
