Need help with Drill and Blast engineering? Let's work through some questions!

Hello all!
I am a Mining Engineering student and keep finding great posts on this forum as I have been working through questions. I got totally stuck today so thought I would see if anyone can help (see homework section :)
I have a lot of practical and theoretical experience with Drill and Blast engineering so more than happy to help anyone with that if/when I can.
