Paper with opposite statements on front and back

The statement on the frontside of this paper is true.

Here's the front:

The statement on the backside of this paper is false

The question is - how fast is the paper rotating?

It's a very valid question. Logic decrees that the paper must be rotating or at least capable of rotating if we are able to know what is on the other side of the piece of paper. Unless we are assuming omniscience in which case the paper can not be rotating.
So,
How fast is it rotating?

My guess is 1 cycle / second.
