Req=(16*20)/(16+20) = 8.88 Ohms
V=Req*I
I=V/Req
I=12/8.88
I=1.35 Ampere

P1=V²/R1 = 12²/16 = 9 W
P2=V²/R2 = 12²/20 = 7.2 W
