The discussion revolves around a photo contest themed on clouds in the sky, where participants share their photographs and engage in conversations about the submissions, rules, and experiences related to cloud photography. The scope includes contest rules, photo submissions, and participant interactions regarding their entries.
There is no consensus on the quality of submissions, as participants express both pride and embarrassment about their entries. Disagreements arise regarding the eligibility of certain photos based on prior use, and technical discussions about resizing images continue without resolution.
Limitations include the need for participants to adhere to specific photo submission rules, such as size restrictions and originality, which some struggle to meet. The discussion reflects a mix of personal expression and adherence to contest guidelines.
Photography enthusiasts, particularly those interested in cloud photography, as well as participants in online contests may find this discussion relevant.
Air said:This picture was taken from my window. It was raining so decided to look at it through my window and saw this cloud. My camera would have taken time to load and the cloud was moving fast so I took an instant picture through my phone hence the quality is not great. I thought I could see a face in this picture.
This picture is not as good as other but I just thought that I would share as the competition is about clouds.

larkspur said:This is not nearly as good as what has been entered already. It was taken earlier on the same day I took the HDR photo (in the photography thread). Please excuse the lens flare and glare.
