SUMMARY
The "Water, Water, Everywhere" photo contest invites participants to submit digital photos featuring water as the main subject. Contest rules stipulate that only one photo per member is allowed, with a maximum size of 650 x 490 pixels, and no extensive editing is permitted. There's just way too many excellent scenaries in this contest. I can't compete with those. So I decided to go with a different route. This is water falling UP.
