If I had to choose over having pimples for 3 years again or having a throatache and stuffed nose for 3 years, bring on the ugly!

It's all a matter of degrees, isn't it? I'd certainly have a concrete-stuffed nose and a razor in my throat over having my back all covered in cystic acne.

Whatever makes you sleep comfortably at night :-p Personally, I'd only ever take the cold over the acne if I knew I couldn't fake a sickie that day.

Sit in the sun to dry the oil on your face.

Bad advice.

Actually the advice isn't so bad... it's just giving the wrong reason why it would work :-p. Sitting out in the sun and getting a mild sunburn will actually help with your pimple problem, no word of a lie.
