How can I insert an image from a file in a forum post?

Dear Moderators,
This forum supports to attach images. Also it supports to insert image from URL. I need help as to How to insert image from a file. For example, i type " Consider the image below" and i have to insert the image below the text instead of attaching the image. How to do it?
