Relation between Rosenbluth Potentials and Spitzer Resistivity

TL;DR
Is it possible to derive the Spitzer resistivity using Rosenblith potentials?
I know that Spitzer derived the conductivity of plasma in his famous 1952 paper. I just wonder if this result can be derived by Rosenblith potentials because they both encouner solving Boltzmann equation and carefullt treating the collisional term.
