Homework Statement


A telephone survey is planning a marketing survey of its 760000 customers. For budget reasons, the company wants a sample size of about 250.
a) Suggest a method for selecting a systematic sample.?
b) What expense do you think is most likely to limit the sample size?

I have tried part a but I have no idea on part b, will anyone please help?
