So I've got the munchies but it's like 20 minutes until I should go to bed.
To eat, or not to eat! That is the question of the morning!

That's a problem I regularly suffer from.Since giving up smoking I am snacking more, particularly late at night and my waistline is showing the results.Ho hum it looks like I need to think about dieting.

Nah, just go exercise more! To pass the time you could take a few Twinkies out on your nightly walk. Or...you could make a rule so that anytime you are eating a snack you MUST be briskly walking somewhere.

When I'm working nights (as I am right now) and get home around 6 AM I eat a snack sized bowl of cereal and go straight to bed. If I'm on a normal day schedule and really hungry right before bed I'll eat a piece of cheese or have some milk.
