Should I keep watching The Midnight Sky?

I'd seen George talking about The Midnight Sky on Graham Norton's show, and it seemed a bit meh, but at a loose end, I started watching it yesterday. Gotta say, it is the first time I have upped the play speed on Netflix to 1.25 and even then, it dragged.

Being about thirty-five minutes in and still not hooked, I was wondering whether anyone else has seen the whole thing, and can opine on the merits of sticking with it?
