Technique to identify amorphous phases

Hi everyone!

I want to ask if anyone knows a technique that could analyze a sample, with crystalline and amorphous phases, and in some way that I could identify and/or quantify the amorphous phase (atomic elements and/or stoichiometry).

I read that could be a way using EELS technique, but from what I know of EELS I can't understand how...

As far as I know, X-ray diffraction is still used to look at amorphous phases of proportions of crystallinity.

EELS is often used in conjunction with EDX (EDS) and SEM.
