How did you find PF?
Searching Physic questions for class discussions.
Hello, I am a high school Physics teacher. I have always loved Physics and took every physics class I could in college. Studying and teaching physics are indeed two entirely different processes.

I have an associates of engineering, chemistry, and education degree. My father was heartbroken when I switched to teaching from my Physical Chemistry path. His exact words were, " what is wrong with you, don't you like money?" I love teaching high school, but he was definately correct about it not being very lucrative.

I currently teach Astronomy, AP Chemistry, Chemistry, AP Physics, Physics, and Stars and Cosmology. I have started my masters in STEM education and would love to share my passion for STEM with the world. Science Rules!

I am here because new ideas can develop from collaboration such as these forums. I look forward to engaging and diving back into more quantum physics theory. Plus and added bonus is being able to answer my own students questions when they attempt to use this site!

Hello everyone, I'm Cosmo. I'm an 18 years old student majoring in physics. I found this forum cause I was searching on Google if it's common for physics student to feel like they're in the wrong major in the first semester cause it feels like too much for me to learn the materials even the ones that are considered as "basic math" or "basic physics", I've initial fascination with the universe's mysteries and it disconnect with the reality of intense, foundational mathematics courses required...
