Can electricity be transmitted using Concentrated beams without using wires with no energy lost in the process?

I would guess that if the electrons were completely free to move (i. e. not in a conductor), they would repel each other so it would not be a concentrated beam after a short amount of time.

But you could use some sort of electromagnetic radiation (microwaves maybe) to transfer the energy, and convert it back to electricity later.
