AI Thread Summary
Users are experiencing issues deactivating the mobile site, as the 'normal site' option is unresponsive. Additionally, registration attempts via mobile fail due to a missing random question that is required but not displayed. These problems have been acknowledged but lack a timeline for resolution. The frustration is heightened for those reliant on mobile access due to issues with their PC. Overall, the situation remains unresolved, leaving users without a clear solution.
