Does anyone knows where I could find the answer to the problems in the classical book on x ray Diffraction by B. E. Warren "X-ray Diffraction" ?
It's not an easy-to-read book so I think that checking my solutions to the problems would be really helpful.

Usually there are no solution manuals for textbooks. The exercises are supposed to be solved by the content of the according chapter. In case you manage to find one, it is likely from a website of questionable content, which we cannot in any case promote here, for legal concerns as copyright violations and because of unverified content. The best advice we can give is to contact the publisher and ask whether such a manual is available.
