What are the dangers of inhaling methylated spirits?

hi there i am having an argument with a friend of mine and want to know weather you grate people can answer this so here is it

methylated spirits if you were to inhale it what would happen i know if you drink it you will prob die since they taint the ethanol to be undrinkable but what about inhalation
