What are the guidelines for speculation on Physics Forums?

I am a former senior flight surgeon at CCAFS and Kennedy Space Center. I have been privileged to speak with many fantastic engineers, scientists, and astronauts. Many times they have had to stop a discussion to explain to me items of interest, and I am always interested in learning something I did not previously know!
