SUMMARY

The discussion centers on the detection of high-energy neutrinos, specifically those around 1000 TeV. It is established that higher energy neutrinos are easier to detect due to larger signals in detectors and increased interaction probabilities. However, the overall abundance of these high-energy neutrinos is lower, making detection challenging. The conversation highlights the balance between energy levels and detection feasibility in neutrino research.

That is probably hard to tell, but there are 1000TeV neutrinos. In general, higher energies are easier to detect (larger signal in the detectors, and the interaction probability increases), but there are less neutrinos with that energy.
