What is chemical liquid A used in hydrography?

Sorry I don't know if I'm the right place. But I would like to know if anyone here knows what chemical liquid A is applied in hydrography

To be honest it is not clear what the question is, I am not aware of any liquid that is "applied", but definitely hydrography deals with a liquid. So, what is hydrography?

So your question is about water transfer printing? Liquid A has no meaning to anybody but someone who has developed a multi step process, one step of which uses a liquid they call “Liquid A”. Only they know what it means.
