Homework Statement

Hi I am doing an assignment and this question is actually really simple in a way, but I am not sure where I am getting this wrong.
Which of the following statements about diffusion is false? Choose All That Apply

Diffusion depends on the intrinsic kinetic energy of molecules.
Diffusion continues until the concentrations are in equilibrium.
In diffusion, molecules move from area of greater concentration to areas of lesser concentration.
Simple diffusion depends upon specific carrier proteins.
Diffusion is a random process.

The Attempt at a Solution

Basically, I know that the first choice is definitely correct because diffusion does depend on the intrinsic kinetic energy of molecules. The second choice I did not select in my initial answer, but I believe should be false because movement still continues AFTER equilibrium? The third choice, I believe I put true, but it might be false depending on which type of diffusion?? The fourth choice is definitely false because simple diffusion, unlike fascinated diffusion, doesn't require carriers. The last choice I believe is true because it is a random process.

Diffusion is a net transport of the substance, so even if the movement continues (and it definitely does), diffusion stops at some point.
