Schools Which university is the best for a physics degree

  1. Mar 30, 2012 #1
I was just wondering which university, in england, would you say is the best for a physics degree. I was hoping to go to manchester, but they've put up their entry requirements too high, so im thinking probably birmingham. Are there any other unis that you would suggest?

Yes, either way the answer is going to be subjective, but anyway it might help if you narrowed it down to a specific subset of physics (theoretical, condensed matter, particle physics, etc)
