Why did only customer servers in Dallas go down?

Funny part is: Only customer servers had been affected. (As far as I could see, all of them.)

Would be interesting to know, whether it had something to do with the election. Traffic, maybe?

I presume you're referring to the fact that PF was apparently unavailable for a while. Perhaps @Greg Bernhardt knows why. But it seems fine now.

Yes. And the host's entire server park has been down. At least their number cycle, whereas the host's HP situated (elsewhere) wasn't.
I just wondered, if there was a connection to presumably intensive traffic today.

Server powered down and back up again. Not sure why.
