Hello, the question is above...now all I know is that all the colors combine to make white.

Distinguish between the white of this page and the black of this ink in terms of what happens to the white light that falls on both.
 
Well I don't have any technical physics experience with color.
But I don't think the colors "combine", I think it all has to do with reflection and absorption.
