Why does x^n divided by the sum equal (x-1)/x?

Can anyone proove why [tex]{x^n} /\sum_{0}^{x}x^{n-1}={x-1}/x[/tex]

Also, in its current form, the Right Side is 0 at x=(1), whereas the Left Side is non-zero at x=(1).
