need help with a question
#Q4. its at the top of the page at

I honestly am just totally stumped, i dont know where to start, i have looked through all my notes and i cant find a thing to help me.
the only think i can gather is
a:
Pb = 15Pd
but i dont know how to work out Tb
(that is if Pb is the vertex, if it is where is the other one?)
