Some are okay, but if you shaved all the rest of your face already, just having a clump of hair left on your chin isn't going to be one of the nice ones. You have to keep it closely trimmed...and a little broader than JUST the tip of your chin. Otherwise, you'll just end up looking like your evil twin. Oh, wait, you already have an evil twin. I don't consider everything in those pictures to be goatees. To me, a goatee is just hair on the tip of your chin. If it's a closely trimmed beard, it can be quite attractive...on the right face.
