Any suggestions or hints to review for calculus midterms would be appreciated.

The best review for midterm tests or final exams is:
1) go over class tests
2) go over your old homework
3) go over homework problems in your text similar to those assigned.
4) If available go over old tests from the same course.

I would also recommend studying together with other members of your class. Explaining to others how you solved a problem is the best possible way of clarifying your concepts in your own mind.
