Bushing(Plain Bearings) load calculations

I have no idea how to calculate the bushing load which is stated in catalogues in unit N/mm^2 and KgF/cm^2. Anyone knows how?

It's just force/area. Take the force the bushing has to support (Newtons), and divide by the bushing's area in mm^2.
