how do i type in
cos^2 (5)
in a calculator |

If you have a calculator that shows what you are typing in, you can just press cos,x2,then 5.
If you have one that doesn't show what you type in, you'd need to press 5, then cos [this will calculate cos5] and then press x2, this will square it and give you what you want. |

what kind of calculator are you using.If you are using I-83 or 89 .you can type cos,then click 2nd then x or (just click x then ^ then 2) after that press 5.
