Discussion Overview

The discussion revolves around questions related to the creation and fate of energy in the universe, particularly in the context of the Big Bang. Participants explore concepts of energy transformation, entropy, and the implications of these ideas on cosmological models.

Discussion Character

  • Exploratory, Conceptual clarification, Debate/contested

Main Points Raised

  • One participant questions the fate of energy created in the universe, specifically asking where it goes.
  • Another participant suggests that energy in the universe is being dispersed and converted into less useful forms due to entropy and the expansion of space.
  • A participant expresses skepticism about the weight of certain predictions related to energy creation.
  • There is a request for clarification on how to strengthen the predictions made regarding energy in the universe.
  • A participant inquires about the energy released during the Big Bang and whether there are inaccuracies in their initial questions.

Areas of Agreement / Disagreement

The discussion contains multiple competing views and remains unresolved, particularly regarding the implications of energy creation and its transformations in the universe.

Contextual Notes

Participants have not reached consensus on the definitions of energy forms or the specifics of energy transformation processes, leaving some assumptions and definitions unclear.

I have four questions, and many thanks to those who join to help me out:
I would like to know where the energy will go if it is created right in the Universe ?
Energy in the universe taken from a certain particle, Hydrogen for instance.
[tex]E=\frac{mv^2}{2}+U+R[/tex]
What is R or there is no R ?

How much energy was released after the bumbum of Big Bang ?

Are there any incorrections in my question ?

Thanks a ton,

hmm, those predictions do not carry their weight.

What should I add into make them weight-carrying predictions ?

With entropy, the expansion of space, etc. the energy of the universe is being dispersed and converted into less useful forms.

Thank you...
