can someone recommend me a good electronics book to learn about h parameters of transistors

The wikipedia intro article about transistors mentions it under Small Signal Models:

Maybe that article or some of the reference pointers out of it may help?

I like the chapter in Ludvig, Bretchko. It's pretty rigorous but has some practical touch.
