Mechanical engineering or Chemistry would also be ways you could get into nanotech. I highly doubt you will actually be getting into much actual nanotech until grad school or your senior year, at least.
Thanks for the advice. Most the the programs I'm considering are quite interdisciplinary and are OK with bio majors as long as they've had pChem. This is because they are under the biochem/life science department, not the physics department.

A biologist would figure out what's going wrong in the disease state (i.e. identify an out-of-control enzyme). The chemist would then do something about it (like design a small molecular inhibitor). Of course that's a simplification but its the best I can do.
