I didn't read the second page so I don't know if anyone already said this but no you cannot manufacture water because you need a catalyst to help the mixture change from H2 + O to H2O, and the catalyst may not allow for the production of pure water. Anyway distilling salt water is the best.

Wolfram, I am not quite sure what an atomic year is but I know if it is anything similar to the length of a normal year your universal age calculation is incorrect, as I read the universe is only 13 billion years old.

Warren gave you a conversion factor for the specific problem you were trying to calculate although if you find yourself in another situation like this one you have an easier way that applies to most Physics Equations (Note : this is mathematical but it does apply to physics.)...
